Lemtrada®


Lemtrada® (Alemtuzumab) is a medication used to treat adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS).

Lemtrada® is manufactured by Sanofi.

Administration and Dosage:

Administration of LEMTRADA® is intravenously infused over 4 hours for a 2 or more treatment course. First course consists of 12mg/ day for 5 consecutive days followed by 12mg/day on 3 consecutive days 12 months after the first course.

Common Side Effects:

The more common side effects of LEMTRADA® include serious autoimmune problems, serious infusion reactions, certain cancers, and stroke and tears in your arteries that supply blood to your brain (carotid and vertebral arteries).
